All dogs are not puppy dogs.
Cute
little puppies eventually grow into bigger dogs! The same applies with
cats. Whilst we get a lot of kittens that need homes, puppies,
thankfully are in shorter supply.
Sadly, each new year, once the novelty of having a puppy for Christmas
wears off, we are inundated with them.
However, throughout the year, we have a constant supply of both young
and old animals, who all need a loving home. We suspect, that you are
here to look for a new pet, so please do take your time to see all our
friends. You can contact the shelter direct either by e-mail or
telephone. We advise you phone the shelter before setting out on your journey.
Help required
Housing unwanted and abandoned pets is expensive. We operate mainly through
volunteers and donations.
Volunteers
People willing to give up free time to help us, play a major part in the
running of each shelter. We always need dog walkers, careers and cleaners. We
also require Foster Parents to take good car of pets who's owners are
hospitalized.
Donations
Its your donations that really help to run a shelter. Without money, we
don't have access to food and medication. Without money, we don't have heat,
light or running water. Without money, we are unable to collect injured or
abused pets. So please give generously.
