You may add navigation units if you want but again I think we need to have a generic code for it so I will make up a couple of basics link bars that can be used. Again this just makes a tutorial much easier to produce.
All our templates are made to give you a head start. They maybe used as is, but most will use them as a basis for building an expression web template using their own imagery.
All the details you require to make this template your own are included with the download. Optionally, we have a narrated flash tutorial that explains how the template is made and it shows how to best make the changes you want. Furthermore, the makers of the templates are on hand via our forums. If you need specific help that is not included in either the help files or the tutorial, we will be delighted to assist you.
A small charge is made for each template. The charge helps to off set the running costs of our parent web site, www.expression-web-designer-help.com where we have completely free expression web help, including some free expression web templates.
Refunds - Refunds are considered but only if the template is incompatible with your system. If you are considering purchasing a template, please make sure that your purchase is right for you! If you have any doubts, please ask.
Privacy - We go to great lengths to ensure your privacy. Our purchase pages are encrypted and all payments are handled by Pay Pal for additional peace of mind.
Design Criteria - Each template is built using Div's, CSS and DWT's. No tables are used in the designs. Upon purchase, the template is valid (X)HTML and CSS. Whilst entering invalid code will not break your web site, expression web gives you the tools to ensure that any additions or changes you make remain valid. Please try and use the tools.
If you have some basic design skills and would like to work with us, please e-mail us and we will send you some details.
This box is just a div inside the content div it is set to align left and has the width set to a percentage. Feel free to use this as is or not at all.
The style is set in the #slitleft id selector so the actual style cannot be applied to sections of text
The same as the orange box really but set to align right. The id selector is #slitright. If you use these boxes, it is best to have the content of the blue box longer than the orange box to allow for a smoother wrapping of the text. You may, if it helps your design, put these two divs into a container div, but it would be better if you could just work with the code we have already.
Please do try and use headings where relevant. It is good mark up and everything can be controlled via css.
It serves as a starting point and is not a guide to how sites should look. Each of us will look at design in a different light and so will the potential users. So make it look how you feel.
