I have placed 2 Ad Rotator controls on this page, they both use the same images and the ad rotator control xml is the same. If you click on refresh a couple of times, you will notice how different images are displayed at random. Image 3 has the highest <impressions> figure (3) so this image will be seen more than the other two.
